Hypothetical Island is a comics/illustration studio with members Reilly Brown, Joe Infurnari, Jason Little, George O'Connor, Ellen Lindner and Khary Randolph

From 6-8pm tonight, June 10th,the Grady Alexis Gallery will present “The Graphic Canon: World Literature Through Art and Comics” at El Taller Latino Americano on the Upper West Side. Studiomate Ellen Lindner, along with other renowned artists such as Seymour Chwast and Robert Sikoryak, will be exhibiting original artwork from “The Graphic Canon”, a three volume anthology seeking to render the world’s best literature into graphic novel form.
NPR described The Graphic Cannon as “easily the most ambitious and successfully realized literary project in recent memory, and certainly the one that’s most relevant to today’s readers.” Read more about The Graphic Canon Here 
We’re proud to have Ellen participate in this seminal anthology, so be sure to see her tonight. From 6-8pm, the public will be able to meet the artists for free. If you can’t make it, the exhibit will be open until July 17th
